hi, i had the same error as mentioned before the file d3dx9_33.dll cant be found. now i think it was because of the grphics card as said before. now i dont understand most of the things said above so can any1 just tell me if im able to run teh demo with a nvidia geforce 9500gt ard? thnx in advance

I'm sure the staff here has other things to do than worry about those having problems with the demo, but per my dxdiag post -

* I believe I have an OK system and GOOD graphics card (at least decent)
* Without this running I can't see buying it or recommending it to others

Which is a shame as I think it'd be an easy buy for myself and a buddy.
Heck oddly enough leading up to his wedding waaay back we rented a PS2 (when it was 'new') and got the Kings Bounty for it and played that a lot.

Oh well open to any ideas, I'll look to pop back in a bit.
