Currently do not know, why so many of you ask that question, although it is clearly stated?!?!?!

There will be a patch soon for Clod! As already said, the sequel will be handled the same way as in il2 sturmovik! Means that they are compatible! But clod will not be updated alone anymore. Just one final patch and afterwards just updates over the sequel!

Sorry, but I simply cannot understand, why this question is asked in 3 different threads today, after luthier stated roadmap!?!?!? Please just read before asking. :(

Yay? Yay I have to pay more to fix what I already paid for.

Yay The many things that are still broken will not be fixed until 2014 (the sequel is not even alpha until 2013 guys)

Yay????

No definately not! No! Alot said that they would never put another cent into the series until it worked as advertised. Some said "once bitten, twice shy" or some such thing.

Others said that they were disillusioned with the whole development process and just wouldn't buy the sequal on principle! Others were just rude.

They couldn't just go out and buy the sequel? Could they? Then we'ld have to put up with the rest of the series life with them saying how they were blackmailed into buying updates!

Your statement sir, is rocking the faith I have in the integrity of my fellow man! ;)

They announced that it would be merged with any sequels months ago. Why is this considered news?

Your right, but with all the nonsense that floats around it's good to hear that this is still the plan.

:)

Yes, but when B6 was quizzed about the merging of the two recently, he said that he was not allowed to answer such questions. This, along with rumours of an MMO route, and the alleged 'June Announcement' served to suggest that the sequel could potentially be entirely separate.

It's nice to hear that it isn't.

Agreed :D it hopefully also puts the MMO rumors to rest.

Don't count your chickens until they are hatched, we've been told plenty of stuff that never happened.

Why are you listening to rumours?

Or assuming that "I can't answer that question" means "we're changing everything"?

Or parsing every word posted by a guy who barely speaks English?
