There should also be options for "glide bombing" (i.e., a shallow diving bombing attack without extending flaps, like most fighter-bombers used), level bombing at low level (possibly part of a strafing attack for planes equipped with bombs), and "stand off" bombing for planes equipped with guided bombs like the Fritz X.

These could be specified either in the FMB, as squadron commands or both.

Another nice feature would be if AI aborts subsequent attacks if they get badly mauled on the first pass.

Even cooler would be an option/command to target specific targets on the first pass, then go after subsequent targets on additional passes, possibly using other weapons.

For example, AI could go after AAA on the first pass, then take out other targets on the second pass. Or, fighter bombers could be told to drop bombs first, attack with rockets second, then finish up by strafing.
