How much would cost the Special Edition after the pre-order?

Are they playable in co-op, though? I know the game has co-op, but can the full campaign be playable co-op?

Yes the full campaign is playable in co-op but I'm not sure about the five bonus missions. I think also that the steam and UK and Irish retail versions of MOW:Vietnam (in addition to the five bonus scenarios) have proper multiplayer.
