Hi guys,

I have just installed a GTX560Ti.

My average fps is now 28 with all settings on High, but no shadows or grass. So definately an improvement there.

Next thing will be to upgrade from 4Gb Ram to 8Gb. My Ram is DDR2-SDRAM PC2-6400

I only have two slots on the Mobo. Any pointers on good deals on 2x 4Gb sticks?

Thanks

i wouldnt bother up grading ram , just over clock your cpu..to 3.4..3.6

Thanks for that advice. Not too sure how to o/c a cpu though. What are the risks of damaging it? extra cooling etc? It all gets a bit 'black art' for me :(

I'd love to try it if its fairly easy though.

If you don't know what you're doing, I recommend you better stay away from it. Of course you can always start reading in to it because the results can be very rewarding.

The basics aren't that hard but there are always risks and your system burns up faster due to electron migration. However I'm personally not that worried about burning up my system quicker because it's often outdated long before it's burned up.
