good frame rates dont stop the stuttering in this case

could anyone help me, ive had the avg bug thing, it reported three files that were on high alert , i had to turn avg just to play. the game started fine, but my game is not picking up any servers for online play. Is this normal or have i cocked things up somehow? or avg for that matter. Bit worried but content with playing offline for now.

Looking at the first picture , It must have been strange living in the olden days with no level houses in you build on hills...........
