Its early days yet,we still have 2 months to go.I'm hoping some more sites will offer it for pre order.
For example,Amazon.De have it,but English Amazon do not!

The download is tempting,to get it on the day of release, rather than waiting for it to come in the mail.
I assume it could be backed up on a disc?

I assume it could be. Otherwise it doesn't seem fair... I mean what if my HDD craps out and i lose everything and end up having to reorder or something. I'll be attempting this first thing when i get my copy.

I was actually considering buying the download version but then it hit me. I will get the game much faster by just walking down to my local gameshop instead of downloading God knows how many GB;s on my 8 Mb/s DSL LOL!

I hope they are still in the preparation process, otherwise it would mean we will have very different prices in different parts of the globe

There will be no collectors edition for the US??

Well has it been confirmed that Scandinavia will be getting boxed versions of the game? All i know is that here in the US it is Direct Download only thus far as well as many other places... unless i'm missing something.

Well yeah, it has popped up on a couple of Finnish web retailers but I haven't seen anything on the Swedish webshops. I'm pretty certain there's a bigger fanbase here in Finland than in Sweden so I'm not all that sure it will be released there.

Weird...the Collector's Edition is only about 80AUD in the UK (50GBP), never mind the download version. You guys really get a raw deal on games.

Of course they're not still in the preparation process, guys. It's called price differentiation (or price discrimination if you don't want to use the corporate euphemism). You charge as much as you think you can get away with to each group of people. Why do you think the Ubi shop isn't a worldwide one for downloads? There's no reason for it not to be other than to change the prices.
