There *was* a decent community at first, but the during the interminable wait for a patch, which never did materialize for Xbox, most people just drifted off. Had it been supported properly, I think a very solid following would have developed. I can say for certain that I and a couple of buds would still be playing. Hell, we still play Over G Fighters from time to time. But I haven't fired up IL2 in forever. It's just too flawed to be enjoyable.
I'm not really sure why I still come here. Maybe on the misguided hope that 505 Games will miraculously decide to fix the game... |
