Hi Caspar, I'm Pippz friend, remember me? Long time no see! :)
I'm checking on my references and I found out this picture of the starboard side of the cockpit, where you have a better image of the air pressure gauge, and I believe it's not a double, but a triple instrument. I'll look among my other reference material to see whether I have more about it, hope this helps in the meantime. Cheers SJ |
..uh and your initial guesses about what the instruments are is correct.

Hi Sternjaeger! Nice to read from you again! How's your Texan?
Thanks for the References! Yes, its a triple gauge. |
well many things have changed since then: I moved to the UK, but I have a share on a T-6 here as well :-)
I have more pics of the Re.2000 cockpit, but I'm seeing whether that instrument was used on others (I believe it might be in the Re.2001 and 2002/5 as well). Feel free to PM me if u have other requests, have loads of manuals here! A. |
Re.2001 and especially the 2005 would be, seriously, nice too.
Now we only need a map of Italy, something like Rome and south of it, Sardinia in the West and Balkan and Greek coast in the East. |

There is a complete Re.2000 in the Flygvapenmuseum, Linköping in Sweden. This one may have non-Italian instruments. There also an Re.2000 (Catapultible) under restoration at the Museo Aeronautica Caproni di Taledo, Trento, but the most recent pics I have seen show it in very rough shape. It is possible that the restoration staff have some useful references on hand which they may be willing to show. Cheers, Fafnir_6 |
