Only "gripe" i can think of right now, 20mm (bf109) doesnt seem to differ anything from 303`s damage wise. |
Stunning......

I saw it too Manu, last video, but I was already thinking realistic gunnery had been turned off for footage of burning planes. Good to know it is also the case in this vid, but I don't mind, now it's full of action and good for sales:grin:;)
One thing I noticed on Italian aircraft though, at 0:47, isn't that Italian pilot getting bothered by the cold ;) Or did they really fly without any sort of head protection? |

Plus as the vid creator stated he used the non-realistic gunnery option just to get some of the shots he needed. Given Oleg & Co's modelling of the .303s in Il-2 seem to be roughly right, I don't think you'll have too much to worry about old bean. ;) |
Had to watch again..... and again.
Any body want some?http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...es/350uwx4.gif Another thing I haven't seen mentioned yet if formation sizes. They looked bigger than I expected. Hopefully this is a good sign. |
Very nice video, thanks Oleg.

If I was developing MS Flight I would curl up in a little ball knowing my job was now impossible. Excellent features right down to the signs on buildings (Joes books), to the aircraft splitting in half.
Also the fact that you can see through the cannon holes in the fuselage, into the inside of the plane! |
Just beautiful.
I think Oleg is a bit of a showman...tease tease bam! Actually, "Joe's Bookstore" is going to be New York, not London 1940, but I doubt I'll see it ever again;) |
