the Spitfires Mk.IA, IB (hopefully with only the two 20mm canons ;) )and also a IIA. The 4th ?? the 109 has no headarmour, ok, but a better view from the pit :D and an E-1 and E-4 would be THE choices for a BoB game IMHO , sure with options to become -/B fighterbombers ;) an E-4/N would be a welcomed surprise :D <- no hopes......... and perhaps someone could tell the team that the so often called Bf110C-4/B was officially called a C-7 ;) - there was also only one 110 visible poor "red" side, only the Blenheim IV is flyable in the shown gameversion as bombcarrier.................. i still have hoped for a flyable Wellington. but all looks amazing !!!!!!!!!!! |
For comparison:
http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g2.../bob01copy.jpg http://lh5.ggpht.com/_lCodc16u2kc/Ra...w/IMG_0466.JPG From all the videos - I'm very happy with the landscape. It looks far better than I imagined it would. The lighting is just about perfect too. |
One looks cold, univiting and massive , the other looks like a game.

I gotta chuckle at some people here making judgement calls on the terrain based on a video camera recording (of unknown quality and recording settings) of a video monitor (with no idea what type of color settings are being used on it) showing a BETA VERSION of the game.
Keep it up, fellas. It's great entertainment. :P |
we want beta version :3

Is that....? It IS! The Westland Strumpet finally becomes playable. Love the sideburns. Great to have something to hang onto. |
I bet you haven't seen this.

... in some shot extracted from a video shared I noticed to a detail I hope will tuned up before release. I'm referring to the too much reflexive shader of water. In a shot depicting clearly a rough sea the clouds are reflected innaturally, the effect evocate a quiet lake rather than a rough surface.
physically a rough surface disrupt the incident rays and the image reflected is heavy blurred or not reflected at all. see U |

There's a "Dark Bow" shadow effect on forest, ahead of this flying No. 302 Polish Fighter Squadron Hurricane. It seems to impact as well the isolated trees. It's particularly visible around 3'35" and 3'45" on this 720p Full screen video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EvpT...layer_embedded ... |
