Just noticed this when Krupi posted it in the update thread, but are those cocking handle extensions I see coming off the cowling guns? I wonder if that means jamming might be modeled (and thus also the ability to un-jam using those handles). Either way, does any one know why the had them? (if that's what they are) Were they particularly prone to jamming then?

Wow those I-16 videos are great! The engine sound is very cool. Reminds me of Subulba's pod racer in Star Wars Ep. I :) I wonder if we will get the Starwars laser guns as well haha.

The I-16 always reminded me of 1920s and 30s air racing planes, like something out of the Rocketteer.

I-16 is a beautiful plane, there's one in a foundation ( Infante de Orleans) which sometimes fly in Madrid

It is from the Spanish Civil War ( 1936 - 1939)

Ok so where can we find the fri update ? I think the i16 is a cool Geebee -ish looking warbird and its fun to fly in 1946 as well..

Oh now come along Qpassa that 'thing'ain't no beautiful aircraft,it is a bloody eye sore of the highest order!.........the Spitfire, now that is a beautiful aircraft,it's sleek, has slender lines,it's looks like a thorough bred, the Bf109 is a beautiful aircraft it again has superb lines and is a pleasure to the eye.

The aerodynamics of this aircraft must be non existent, just look at the shape of the thing,it's terrible!,no surprise then that it did'nt go down in the history books as an outstanding fighter of WW2.Just imagine being a Nazi pilot during the battle of Moscow and coming across that thing in combat, you must have thought it was your lucky day, lol.

That thing,I can't even call it an aircraft,is an abomination,it's damn right hideous, and one can only draw to a conclusion that it was an after thought after one too many vodkas...........yes,I don't like it,sorry if this will upset someone.

Quite right zakk!! Russian word "moshka" means "gnat" or a very small insect called "black fly".
