Did quick run on the weather missions, results below..System in signature. Storm: min/max/avg 19/62/45FPS Overcast with breaks: 32/63/50FPS Cumulus: 58/63/60FPS Black Death: 10/68/46FPS |

I am a n00b with the FMB, but can try :D It seems the lowest FPS comes when you go below the clouds, not so much above them. I had no stutter, it was quite smooth except you could feel the low FPS. Will run more tests to get more consistent results. The Black Death is not IMHO a good measure of performance as it has graphical glitches I never see in game, like flickering explosions, the strange smoke "streak" from the fallen Me110C, flickering cloud shadows etc. My guess is that as it is made with another version of the game it does not work proper on newre ones, same could be seen on IL-2 BD track. |

Did you notice a change with the new 12.3/8.95 drivers? Reason I ask is that our general system specs are not that far apart but my benchmark in the Black Death track is a lot slower (average) than yours. The card is certainly an improvement over my 5870, but I am at a loss as to why my average in the black death track is so far off of yours. I just got the card installed last night so I obviously need to tweak it a bit, I am just trying to get my head around it.
