Disregard the "Minimal Requirements". They are inaccurate.

Did you check game options to make sure AI Traffic is enabled?

The game has the AI Traffic disabled after installation.

And there's nothing wrong with my PC specs. The game runs pretty fine with them.

No problem, i had the same problem when i had to re-install do to my pc crashing and now i have to re-do campaign and regain my franchise D:

MainBoard - MSI K9A2 Platinum
VGA: 8400 GS (i know... it sucks)
PSU: ModeCom Carbon 620W
HDD: WD Caviar 500 Gb
Mem: 4 x 1024 DDR2 OCz Titanum
OS: Windows Sevem Professional 64 bit

Problem:

"Your computer does not have graphics accelerator"

This information appears when i start the game.


I have oryginal game vr. 1.3 (I bought it a week ago)
