I wonder where's all this discussion about gore and limbs flying around is coming from? Was that suggested?
Is it really that black and white? Either bulletproof doubledeckers and superman-civillians or eyes popping out and people getting decapitated? |

I have to say that whilst we are pretty tolerant and positive, patience is running a bit thin after several years. Please give us a clue Oleg. I think we probably test Oleg's patience more than he tests ours. Is that really true? As much as I admire Oleg, and I do, we are his prospective customers. We should not be afraid to ask him. We are not waiting for a free patch. We test his patience by asking one question again and again. He tests ours by not answering it but expects us to buy it.... eventually, if we haven't gone off and bought something else. If he is afraid of competition, or fears for commercial secrecy, the competition have had more than enough time to get in ahead of him. Can he really not even tell us what year it will be out? klem |
Bah. See below.
|
He has already said he needs to get it out this year.
Try ringing up say, Ford, or Dell and making similar demands. 'We must know what you plan! We are not fools! etc etc' Do you think they would say 'ok, here's exactly what we plan to bring to a competitive market in about 6 months time, hopefully'? Actually, I'm going to stop writing this reply - I have better things to do with my time than argue with idiots. In fact, the vast majority of the discussions on this forum are being had by idiots. Idiots, generally, have more to say than anyone else. I'm going back to occasionally observing and not contributing. Sorry to those reasonable posters whom I may have offended. You've more patience than me. |

There are a plenty of younger members who haven't lived long enough to provide us lustrous insights from their life experience. Patience would better suit more experienced posters than disparaging remarks. |

Personally, I'd be more worried about software that is going to be released 'On August the 30th' than software that will be released when it is ready. Until it is almost finished, any release date is speculative, unless it is being driven by needs other than those of the developer - see the sorry Silent Hunter 5 saga for what this can do... |
Hey GOA_Potenz ! I just found ya here at 1C Company forum :)
