How do you unlock simulator and realistic?

Do the tutorial all the way through. you'll unlock Realistic and Simulator that way. :cool:

gawd, you finish the game in arcade and it still dosnt open the difficulty?
no wonder i cant find a MP realistic game...probably none them read the manual
