What does 'awaiting stock pick' mean?

Sorry to start a new thread, but my order with zavvi is currently awaiting stock pick, but i have no idea what that means! could someone enlighten me ? :grin:

I think...and im not 100% on this...but i THINK it means its just awaiting someone to actually pick it up and package it and mail it...maybe...

It means a dispatch has been authorised and a picking order has been sent to the warehouse, which means they have it in stock and someone needs to physically get your copy off a shelf put it in the postage medium and leave it with the rest of the days outgoing postage. The next update will say dispatched when the courier/postal company has taken it.

They may only update their systems once or twice a day, so don't panic if the status does not change to dispatched right away, the chances are it will already be well on its way to you before they update their system to show dispatched.

"awaiting stock" means the shop is waiting for the product to arive so they can sell it. Awaiting stock pick? I don't know. Probably just means they are waiting for the time they are allowed to send it to you. Don't worry about it man. Ahhh people here have no patience lol We've waited this long for a game like this on consoles, whats one more day ;)

A mate had his copy of batman arrive a day early last week from Zavvi, but both his and my il-2 preorder are both currently still showing 'Awaiting Stock Pick', i'm still hoping that it's just not updated yet.. but I expect we are gonna have to wait till release day at the very least.
