Sorry if this has been posted before, but if you change controls to "Wireless controller, Aviator", controls become almost identical to Over G. This changes everything, the free look is amazing now. Also the throttles and rudder are mapped to the shoulder buttons. Try it!

Whoa... this might be the biggest breaking news since german cockpits! LOL!

(Thank you.)

Thank you, thank you. The only thing I don't like about it is it causes throttle to stay at 55% when your not touching the buttons. Also there is no zoom button, just the tracker. To pause just press the start button, which brings up the map then press select.

Yeah, that is a mystery as to where the zoom button goes.

Have you tried this on one of the PS3 compatible joysticks. Received my Thrustmaster Hotas yesterday but didn't have much time to play around yet.
Noticed however that playing with the sensibility of ailerons and height makes a lot of difference. I like my planes not to be that itchy.

Hi all, I've been using this config, but no image comes up on screen so I have no idea what buttons do what.
I've figured out the obvious ones lol, but does anyone know where trim has gone?

EDIT: And how many of you would prefer analogue rudder (L2/R2) and static throttle (L1/R1)? As far as I'm aware, the throttle isn't spring loaded to 55% in a real plane... ;)

Absolutely blown away by this game tho - so faithful to IL2 and PF! Don't think a game has ever remained so intact after a PC to console hop!
