Only if your using the same net connection,cos for your house net connection your given an IP,your activation code for the game only lets one copy from one connection to play online,so only use it on your laptop online,if your using the same connection & not using your home pc for the game at the same time.
I get the feeling your asking cos you maybe want to play someone on your laptop vs your Home Pc,but to do that you will need two copies,also if you say go to UNI with your laptop,i doubt it will work.:-)
