This game makes my video card overheat and crash

I recently got a GTX 275 and it's awesome. I can run Necrovison fully maxed @ 1680x1050 but it gets REALLY hot, above 90º and after a while, it crashes. I know this game is very GPU-intensive but this is ridiculous. With the fan at 100%, it still goes over 90º. Anyone else has this problem?

try enabling vsync so as to reduce fps/strain on your card.

And no, I don't have gfx card crashs, but sometimes I hear some whining which I assume to be related to the 140fps I see in the corner... (did I mention human eyes only see at 24fps?)
