what is the XP formula from battles

Hi I was wondering what are the factor that detrmoines the experience from battle.
Do you get bonuses for using spells/skills/leadership ratio/lower level etc....
Do you get bonuses for killing L5 creatures ?

I know the answer is a lot too late but when I had saw this post first I hadn't investigate deeply (yet) the fan guide. The anwser is in this guide. And from what I understand of it, you get no bonus but by killing enemy units. Ie the same fight will always provide the same xp base.

The only thing that can change this is to use skills/items/babies that can give a bonus percentage of xp.

In the internal system enemy heroes provide in fact an xp bonus but you can't do it anyhting about this: An enemy army has an hero or not so will always have the same xp base.

That's rather more complicate for spirits experience but that's another topic.

EDIT: One thing not clear (for me) in the guide it's what happen for xp with hypnotized units.
