As for how to trigger each one, well, I'm too lazy to dig that out. Note that some of them might have been disabled in the retail version.

Very nice, very nice. Yeah, enabling them isn't a problem as they're all a melee button + weapon, the other way around or just mashing either the shoot or melee buttons. Think so.
