There is nothing conclusive about my account, but it did raise my suspicions enough to reformat and not install KB.

After playing for a few sessions of over an hour each, when I exited the game I noticed a very very slight slowdown doing simple windows tasks. I expected there to be some background program hogging some resources.

So I Alt-Tab 'ed and observed my commit charge. Normally, with no programs running, my commit charge should be around 270M. Instead, I saw over 400M and I could not find a process with enough Mem Usage to explain it.

At this point, I was willing to condone this problem until I tried to startup Microsoft Word. Word would not start, complaining there was not enough memory or disk space. I knew neither was an issue. I googled this error and tried out all solutions but none worked for me.

At this point, I reformated.

It could be that this alleged memory leak only occurs after hours of play, or after the game freezes for a minute, or just for me because God doesn't want me to play this great gem of a game.

btw, i'm using an ATI X850 card, in case that matters.

EDIT: And I'm using v1.7 of course.

Send DirectX report to support (support@1cpublishing.eu), they are more aware of such problems. By the way which version are you playng?
