I have a 2.00 GHz Dual-Core processor but have all of the other requirements for this game. Would I still be able to play it? Thanks if you answer!

You will be able to play it. Most important hardware for Cryostasis is video card.

Well I exceed the recommended and even at Medium, it chugs along at 25-40FPS average. Not that good really.
