Level 16 Heat

Have reached 16 Heat but have hit a brick wall this is the section where you freeze very quickly none of the doors will open except one but there is nothing but hurt out in the cold can not find anything to switch pull or push, has anyone done this section Help Please.
Note small glitch in this section started from start of level ran right through this time.
