Complete freeze and screen after 2-3 minutes

Hello,

I have a really strange problem and I have no idea how to solve it.
After 2 or 3 minutes in the game, i got a bug. My screen freeze and this appear:

Here is my hardware:
Vista Business 64 bits
4Go Ram
ATI HD 4850

I made all possible updates of vista, drivers and directx.
Any idea ?
