chapter 4-How to kill wheeled monster

Guys, I'm stuck at chapter 4 which i need to kill wheeled monster. I shot the monster many times but nothing happens. Anyone can help me?

you are in a canal and there are i think 5 or 6 water/oil tanks with lid on them, just look around and you'll see them, they are a little above you. so, you must shoot every lid so the water or whatever it is in those tanks starts filling up the canal and kills the wheeled monster.

I don't get it - how does breaking the knobs on the water things kill the wheely monster?

Well what would you do if you fought a man in a electric wheel chair with machine guns? Push him into the swiming pool thats what. :D

The monster will get short-circuit due to the water , if you take notice his head is buzzing with electricity .

I have beat the wheeled guy in this level...but the only 2 arches see are blocked..so how do you get out of this canal area?

Look along the wall opposite the one where you entered the area. You will see a broken ladder. Jump up and climb it then walk straight ahead.
