Spoilers, ofcourse:

After I finished those zombies attacking Kronos I find myself into some kind of temple with two men sitting on something. If I interact with the outer one I get the same scene I was already into some time ago, and if I interact with the guy with the beard the memory just shuts down after the captain leaves the room.

What should I do?

Take the ship from the shelf and give it to the captain

How do you kill the zombies around the circle?

Hit 10 of them so that all 10 of your fingers are yellow.

After captain gives you the letter, stand up and come to the shelf with ship, grab it and give to the captain

For me it works only like this:
- get into the memory of the fat guy
- when enter the captain room, he is already down
- talk to him and that's it, game ends

No need to go to a shelf to bring something.

It's 3 different ways to finish.
1) Fix captan and chief engeneer talk.
2) Fix head prison guard in the brige scene.
3) Fix captan and it's officer talk.

The zombies are attacking kronos when i kill a couple of zombies i cant shoot for a few seconds and the yellow disappears from my fingers,

how exactly what do i do ?

Run around and catch the yellow thingies to recharge so you need to keep moving all the time.
