When will there be a patch for the atari dvd version?

Does anyone know when there will be a patch for the atari dvd version? This is older than the 1.6.4 version many folks ahve and has quite a few bugs. Can a patch be downloaded elsewhere or does it have to come from atari ?

I used the ruksie patch on my english version of the game worked like a charm and the game works fine how ever i guess the dev's won't recommend this but you can try it in the mean time I mean you got nothing to lose really.

A: Save work but always make a backup before patching
B: Reinstall I guess so yes

How ever I know many people have used this fix and it works fine for them mainly this patch removes the SecROM protection and fixes a few quests.
How ever when you patch give the patch 5min to do its job, since the patch is in Ruskie you wont be able to read the text unless you have Ruskie support installed.So start the patch go to the kitchen get a drink and something to snack on when you get back 5min later press the button sitt back launch the game and enjoy.

i dled the rus 1.64 patch for my 1.6b7. but i double click to install , it gives mi a ?????? prompt box , all i can do is to click on the only button , but nothing happens .. anyone ??

Let it run for a while and wait until you see a line with all ????? and one ! at the end. Then press the button. Patching done. Can take quite a while before the ??? line changes, just give it some time.

Yep need to wait atleast 5min go get your self a drink or something while the patch does the work
