...are confusing. What exactly do the numbers entail and what is the reference point? For instance:
M885: Damage HP 211/Shock 158.2
Penetration 316.5
M995: Damage HP 150.1/Shock 109.2
Penetration 273
It seem that M885 is better since it has higher values, but that's assuming higher values are good.
I guess that damage hp = damage hit points i.e. M885 can potentially inflict 211 damage in hit points vs. an un-protected target. And the shock value is similar. M885 can potentially inflict 158.2 points of shock.
The penetration values could be a measure of armor penetration in mm.
However, I am completely unsure.
