Can't authenticate the game.

As in title, i can't authenticate the game. I didn't have any problem with "Man of War" or "MoW: Red Tide". Cd-key is incorrect. How can i fix it? game is not cracked, or anythng like this, it's original.

Its incorrect where, when you create account for mowas the first time? If thats the error then you have to contact 1c or store that you bought the game from(especially if bought digitally).

Before game launches, it asks me to activate cd-key. I can't take it back to shop, i haven't got fiscal bill anymore.
