Its a nice read for classic comic fans. Germans are a bit on the 'Swine' side, and the Hurricane is a wonderplane, but that doesn't really matter. Its good entertainment.

The Hurri here is like it was on it's first release on forgotten battles.
And Johnny Red, is a simil to lord greystoke but in russia... :D

If you like the genre, search for "As de pique" Ace of pike, it's an argentinian comic based on a B17 crew. It's message is mainly anti-bellicist, but a nice read.
I don't know if it was translated to english. It makes some mistakes on planes and scenarios.

Also, you could search for "Le Grand Duc" from Yann and Hugault. Clasic french comic with incredible colour scenes, and females art... placed mainly in russia on 1943, but I suspect the lingerie employed is from a later date... :P

Thanks! I googled a bit and both your suggestions look very interesting. Unfortunately I didn't find either one of them in english. 'Le Grand Duc' looks impressive regarding the historical correctness of the war materials drawn there (planes, weapons etc.).

A pitty that there is no english version. Ace of Pike got a new approach for it's time, of telling both sides of the story in a particular event. It shows normal people involved in terrible times.

It also shows a very good level of detail on a time when there was no internet available.

Le grand Duc is a bit more conventional, but with an art apropriate to its release time. A lot of this work made excelent desktop backgrounds!

Le Grand Duc is excellent, I have the whole series in Finnish. I have the series Au-delà des nuages in Finnish too.

Will you be satisfied with a study with the clothes alone, or you need them with the model inside? Anyway I expect the modder to censor any attempt on displaying models before and after being dressed, so it is just out of the question.
