I have the stock game, can I see tracks made by a user with HSFX?

Hi guys,

I'm not into using mods, but most of my squad-mates are. I'm wondering if I will be able to view tracks they made in online servers by simply adding their track files to my folder. If not, is there a trick to make this work without having to install HSFX myself?

You can get a patch from 242 Squadron which will enable you to see the same stuff as your mates and to play their tracks. Its quite a large patch.

Note: Once installed it is switchable between stock v4.11.1 and vHSFX6.0.17 modes.
Use the HSFX mode to view tracks. Can also be used online in HSFX mode, or in stock mode, whichever you prefer.

Your mates may be familiar with this.

Hmm, Aseshouse, are you pulling my leg and directing me to the entire HSFX modpack, or is one of those links actually just a minor tool for watching HSFX tracks on a stock install?

you got that right...

HSFX lets you switch back to stock, back and forth, forth and back.
you can have the content AND watch the tracks.
