How to Set MMB to Rotate Camera

I was in the Options area of Men of War and was setting up a couple of different controls and accidentally deleted the MMB which was the control for Camera Rotation. I can not find how to set it back so that the Middle Mouse Button controls the camera rotation as it did before.

Any help would be appreciated. Even how to reset to default would be ok.
