Default pilot

Is there a way for us to set the default pilot so that we do not have to set it for each plane. This is particulary convenient for those who have their own pilot skins..

Perhaps there could also be a way to set default pilot skins for AI planes as well.

For the QMB, there could also be the option of setting a default skin for a particular aircraft or type of aircraft.
