How do I repair the capital ship?

Hi all,

I have managed to get to some degree able to dock now :), Im going to persevere with the game now, I am just looking into all the menus and such and it does look like there is going to be some good gameplay, its just well as you will see with my other post frustrating to start out and things be stopping you from playing, Im gonna persevere as said, however I have just a general question :), this is how do I repair my cap ship? I can get it docked but I dont see no option to repair it?

2 ways to repair a ship:
- equip a repair system which you can sometimes buy at a trading station
- leave the system through a portal

They both work for capital and fighter ships.

Repair systems for the mothership are worth their weight in gold for those tough missions. But as the above poster states, the mothership will be fully repaired if you move to another star system.
