Voting in the 2008 IL2 Flight Sim Movie Competition is now closed!!!
The movies submitted have reflected a wide range of creativity and skilled techniques of which the Movie-makers should be very proud.
In every case, we who have run this Competition look forward to seeing more movies from all of these Movie-makers in the future.
The movies listed below received the highest number of community votes and therefore constitute the Five Finalists. These movies are listed here in alphabetical order, not rank-ordered by vote count.

The Panel of Judges will deliberate the merits of each movie and the Winner(s) of the 2008 IL2 Movie Competition will be announced on Monday, 4 August, at approximately 6PM GMT. Both tangible and intangible awards will be also be announced at that time.
Please note that the members of the Governing Board of the FSM and IL2MDb websites (who also comprise the Movie Competition Judging Panel) will be considering all 13 movie entries for possible placement at FSM and possible award of Golden and Silver Oleg’s. Any such decisions will also be announced on Monday, 4 August.
