Well,

Just finished watching Faith,Hope and Charity, what an awsome IL2 / Animation movie just pure awsome 9/10, i think only downside was the sounds / voice acting.

Anyway the gladiators used at Malta, is there any mod out there that makes them flyable, as i've noticed only the AI can use it atm.

The Gladiator Mk1 (J8-a) is flyable in "IL2 1946"... no "mod" needed.

I hope this helps... :)

I am hoping the later versions are flyable in SOW:BOB. The FAA birds at Malta had far better performance, especially in climb, than the export J8A we have currently.

Which is really strange as the J8a is really a MKII.. J8a is the Swedish designation that's all, J representing "Jakt" as in "fighter. The J8 is the equivalent for the MKI, while the J8A had the same engine as the MKII. The only difference is that SOME MKII had threebladed prop, but not all.
