config ini question

recently updated from 4.o8 to 4.11.1 and now a good portion of the config ini file is missing. dont know where i messed up. been messing around with il2 since 2004 and have never had a single problem until now. is it possible to find a clean config ini somewhere. i would do a clean install but ive lost my il21946 retail disk:oops: thanks for any ideas.

Re-apply the patches one by one and check each version is ok.

I'd also suggest redownloading one of your patches - it would hint that one of them is corrupt.

First I'd reinstall each patch from 4.09, checking the conf.ini after you've applied each one, when you find the culprit, try downloading it again and reinstalling it over the duff. Then continue with the patch sequence.

I've had a couple of duff ones in the past, and found a clean download, sometimes from a different mirror than where I got the original cured errant behaviour.
