mouse is not working

Hi, i have a problem:
i just bought the game, installed it, started it, mouse doesn´t show up.
i installed the patch, nothing was different.
the game is running well, but i cannot see the mouse.
i have windows vista, (32bit version), nvidia geforce 8600 gt.
i already tried to change the antileasing things off, but nothing changes, so i tried to post my problem here, hoping for somebody who knows, what to do....
can somebody help me?

ok, thanks for the early reply, but after looking in dozens of pages for a solution for the problem, i found it!!!!!!! :-P
the problem is not part of the grafic card, it is a problem of windows.
i had "Enable Pointer Trails" on, because i love the trails, but if you enable them, the mouse vanish in the game, i don´t know why, but it happens....

so, if anybody has the same problem:
go to mouse options and disable pointer trails, and it will work....
