Norwegian campaign?

Hello everyone.
I got this game yesterday, updated it to the latest version, after some forum digging here:)
Everything works like a charm, but not multiplayer. The server list is empty:(
I know I will be owned, and give the more experienced pilots a field day, but I really want to play against other people, because thats the most fun for me:)
And allso, I read somewhere about a Norwegian campaign, with I really want to play. But I cant find it anywhere. If someone can link me to it, if it still exist that is, that would be fantastic...
Is it safe to use mods like that with steam? I wont get in troubble or anything? I dont want to risk my steam account for breaking rights of any kind...
