anyone know these 2 parts of me109?use for what,how to use?

AFAIK this is for the friction of the throttle lever (you you can adjust the needed force to push it).
I may stay corrected.

Yes, I'd think the same, white one is friction adjustment, red might be the Brandhahn, essentially controlling fuel flow to the engine. Long time since I had a look into a 109 manual.

thanks,JtD.what do you think the red handle used for on top of pic(canopy eject?)and where is the prop pitch which is on the panel under the gunsight(109E3).
The red lever is indeed for canopy ejection. Prop pitch is adjusted electrically via a thumb switch on the throttle lever.
I think Whacker mixed up the pit with a very much later version. :D
