A lot of alleged BoB footage is actually later in the war. unfortunately there is a lot of "history channel" style footage about where historical accuracy is less important then a sensation commentary and an exciting video.

Some of this seems a possibility ...

Maybe also in here though much of it is clearly later war ...

and possibly in these (but ignore voice over commentary he is an idiot) ...

Some of the footage in the first link is Eastern front stuff... Some is propaganda with captured aircraft...I can't be sure about the rest.

I wouldn't say the commentator is an idiot, but whoever paid him and wrote his lines sure is ;) (Ok, I'm being pedantic, I know). Remember that one where the guy talks about modern soviet fighters introduced in 1941, and the clip shows a MiG-15? That was golden.

Back on topic, I think guncams were introduced before the war, but the footage probably wasn't interesting enough to put into a "blockbuster" style psuedo-documentary. Instead we get the same recycled stuff, often repeating many times throughout the episode.

There is plenty of propaganda footage if you speak German with some good ground attack footage but not much air to air ...

thanks, am aware (and do speak german), but, no air to air footage. there is very brief scene though of a straffing run at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXiFJQzxBXU&feature=youtu.be
at 5:28, which looks to be a 2 engine plane and therefore should be the PZL 37, maybe.

if anyone knows of any definite Poland campaign footage, then would be grateful, have never come across any and would be great to see at P.11 or PZL-37 'in action'.
