Don't know if this is the right forum to ask this. I was wondering since I've patched up to 411 do I already have Combat Over Europe or do I need to install it seperatly? If I still need to install it will it install over 411 ok? Thanks in advance.

CoE is made of missions and skins --> Campaigns... so it should work.
