Dear All,
I am using a Saitek X52/Pro Gamer Command Unit (CU) in combination with IL2.
I have noticed a strange behaviour lately: if I load any IL2 Profile for the X52/CU, every time I would try and effect a key combination with a shift, either with the keyboard or the X52/CU, the IL2's console would appear.
I have checked and double checked: in the conf.ini, the console's hotkey is set to Shift-Tab:
[HotKey Console]
Shift Tab=Activate
I concluded it was a problem with Saitek's profiler (driver 6.0.4.1, software 6.0.10.7), as if no profile for the X52/CU is loaded, the symptoms would disappear.
Would anyone have a solution to this problem (other than remapping all the actions with shift combinations to unshifted combinations)? I checked the forums, and only found the lead to the fact the problem is with Saitek's profiler.
Sincerely,
Profiler
