Muddy Texture Problem

I have recently built a new PC but upon playing Death to Spies (which which worked fine on my laptop) the textures appear muddy. Any idea what's causing this?

I had that problem too back when I acquired my current computer (a Windows 7). Just turn off depth of field in the game's options.
