I just noticed the game has a 10% discount on steam, just after release ??

What's going on? :(

1C should be promoting the game more, here in the west rather than discounting! .. it's a great game!

It's not a usual discount, its simply a pre-purchase bonus (10%+Real Warfare 1242) being coninued for a week.
