Does SLI Work?

Hi system specs;

Q9550 Quad Core 2.8
2x 9800gtx+ SLI
Viper Extreme Mem

Off Road Drive runs around 20-30 FPS, played with setting and its always pretty choppy, is this the game or am i missing something? Also is this compatable with SLI as its not working. Thanks, Chris
