Keyboard didn't work

Hi,

i buy Off-Road Drive (steam).
If i download and install it, i can start the game first and i can play.
But if i start the games secend, i see and hear the Intro, but no Key will stop the Intro and after Intro i have a blackscreen. Only with Taskmanager i have a change to go back to Desktop. After reinstall(delete File und download&Install again) i can start it once and all ok, but second Start no input(Keyboard,Mouse,Xbox Controller) will accepted.

Any Hints for me?

I try this without helping:
- Delete the PP3-Folder under myGames
- Each start of the game, it try to install a Update(WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe), but this is for WinXP, but i have Win7Pro.
- Start Steam under Admin-Rights

My Spec:
Intel Core i5 2500K
8 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 560 with 1GB RAM
Windows 7 Pro. 64-bit
both HDD have more then 25Gb free)
