Multiplayer?

Yo wheres the multiplayer. Everywhere/everything about the game tells u theres multiplayer,but im playnig it and there is none, how do u get it?

Considering it's not out in the states or console ur gonna have a hard time finding a game.

How to get in a race tho....I have no clue, since I still don't have the game. I have seen some sweet xbox live madness.
